i just added nocturna to my TBR the other day! the synopsis reminded me a lot of a darker shade of magic, and the fact that it's latinx fantasy sealed the deal.

The Missing of Clairdelune is INCREDIBLE! I thought A Winter's Promise was a 5 star read, but the sequel blew it out of the water. For anyone who likes fantasy, PLEASE pick up this series. It's absolutely stunning! I cannot wait for the third book to be translated.

You are going to fall in LOVE with City of Stairs- it's one of my favorite series of all time, and based on the things you like I have a feeling you're really going to enjoy this one! The worldbuilding, themes and plot are so so unique, and the characters are all fantastic.

The thief from Nocturna sounds like Arya from GoT, seems like a really great book

Oh My God ok! I'm new to this channel but I was so thrilled to see a english speaking booktuber to feature Christelle Dabos' work! Hands down, she is one of my favorite author! In Belgium, 3 of 4 books of the miror-visistor series came out and I read them all in just a few days. I just loved the setting so much, it is so well-written and it makes you experience something completely different. The second book is by far my favorite so far, so much stuff happens in it. I really hope you'll enjoy it as much as I did and that the 3rd book will soon be translated in english. The 4th and last book will be out in Belgium/France in November I believe. I strongly recommend this read to anyone who's intrigued by Christelle Dabos' work.

I immediately bought City of Stairs after reading Foundryside because it was one of my favorite high fantasies I’ve ever read! I haven’t started it yet and I have no idea why, but I’m so excited too and excited for Shorefall that comes out this year!

I just picked up The Alice Network and The Huntress (both by Kate Quinn) based on the synopses alone. Still not sure how I ended up finding these books when I was looking up Kings of the Wyld by Nicholas Eames. I also picked up The Lost Girls of Paris by Pam Jenoff and Red, White, & Royal Blue by Casey McQuiston.

I'm looking forward to picking up The Alice Network after I finish I Am Spock.
