I know this is going to make me sound old (I'm 41) - I just thought, "Ellie is our era's Rickey Henderson." This man is phenomenal to watch, just an amazing athlete and what a great time for baseball in general.

I'm suspicious of the pitcher who hit Friedl. He seemed a little too happy. But hey, I've been watching the Reds since the 70s so I'm protective. The way it hit, it looks like he's going to be on the DL for a bit.
