E-Z Mender - Fence Repair Made Simple by Simpson Strong-Tie

Ever since buying our house, the cedar fence around our backyard has given us problems.

Eventually we are going to replace it, but until then we needed to do something to stop it from falling over. Rather than dig up and replace the posts, we decided to try using the E-Z Mender by Simpson Strong-Tie. By pounding one E-Z mender into the concrete on either side of the post, it provides a strong solution to sagging fences like ours.

Purchased for $9.99 each at Home Depot.
