This happened to me this week, right out of the blue. I’m in utter despair as my children have been taken from me and my life is being dismantled over a vindictive lie. I don’t know how people survive this

Update - my children were handed over to me by social services after she was caught in the lie. I’ve been a single dad of three running two businesses full time for the last 5 months. It’s extremely difficult but worth it knowing my children are being raised right now. Keep the faith guys, justice does prevail 🙏

100%! The best way to tell the difference between a victim and a liar is to look for who wants to be pitied. Actual victims are ashamed of their victimization and don’t want people to feel sorry for them. That’s part of why it’s so hard to ask for help when we need it. False victims are much more likely to make false allegations than actual victims are to report actual crimes.

Thank you for addressing this issue. My wife of 20 years used the state to have me forcefully extracted from my house one night and I was served with a 20 page divorce petition 19 hours later. No marks, bruises, or evidence of any kind, and I still went to the dungeon. This Christmas will be the first that I’ve spent with my children in almost 4 years. She moved the other adulterer into my house 2 months after I left. I pay for him to usurp my household, and there’s no justice.

Thank you for your video. You are spot on. My ex was 5 out of 5 on this. And she's an attorney herself. I got temporary restraining order, got kicked out of my own house, couldn't see my son. I've been going through this divorce for 10 years now and have spent over $65 k already. What a waste, and such manipulation and waste of public tax dollars. And nothing came of the false domestic violence accusations. Think twice ladies before you falsely accused, because you have to live with it and your only harming the child.

Its because for the most part women can get away with it in the miniscule chance they get caught in a lie a slap on the wrist is the worst consequence that will happen to them. Low risk high reward.

My abusive cheater ex girlfriend used one of these to keep me silent when i dumped her and kicked her out. Now she’s contacted me every year for the past 6 years, begged me to take her back repeatedly even though she’s gotten married with two kids.. now i see she has an assault with deadly weapon on her record.. but i have to deal with this negative mark for my entire life. It’s total bs how this works. I finally. Blocked her for good when I remembered this.

It took me 1.5yrs to write a 30 page document citing almost 300 pages of evidence proving beyond a reasonable doubt that i was psychologically and emotionally abused. The judge refused to drop the charges. I believe he did not even read the document. I have evidence that he distroyed court documents. I still have a warrant over my head and that causes me a lot of anxiety and dispair.

I will hold him, and her, accountable for their abuse.

I grew up in a home full of DV. My dad was arrested for attacking his girlfriend with a loaded gun. I have a special hatred for people who pretend to be survivors for attention, money, or to avoid responsibility.

What I went through growing up is not a fashion accessory. These liars can rot in prison for mocking years of torment.

A friend of mine had an argument with his wife. She called the police and he died and in custody. He never assaulted her but he's dead.

happened to me in september. she did all of these. Florida is a 50/50 state and she used this to take my Princess away. I had a divorce attorney but they just told me to just tell the judge "it did not happen and it will all be handled in family court." I was absolutely petrified!!! I showed up to the trial (online) and before I even got a chance to tell the judge what daily life was really like with this worldly woman, she requested to withdraw the petition. I don't know if i still have a dv attached to my name or not but I want to know if I can sue her for filing this knowingly false claim. It should be attached to her ssn that she has done this so she will think twice about doing it the next time. She won't risk staying a violent person knowing that she may not be believed the next time either. I'm ok with that. I should NOT have to live as a felon who has never committed a felony

I’m going through this now. I got served with a restraining order n DV claims in he order when me n my ex broke up almost 2 weeks ago no contact and my friends were there when we split up so I have witnesses of how things ended.
I’m so scared I have a past case that I’m about to finish after 4 years. She’s using that against me now and is claiming me raising my voice is enough to claim DV even when I communicated my thoughts and feelings but my words were ignored/not enough to see me. I need help do you have any advice it’s so fucked I feel very alone

I've been through this recently. Vindictive ex tried everything to dismantle my life but at the end truth prevailed and I got the justice. Still trying to figure out what could be the reason. I guess it's something I'll never find out!
