Ingredients:
1 can (14oz/400g) Sweetened condensed milk
2 cups (480ml) Heavy cream, cold
1 cup (250g) Natural peanut butter
1/2 cup (70g) roasted peanuts
Directions:
1. Roughly crush the peanuts.
2. Place cold heavy cream in a large bowl, whip to stiff peaks.
3. Add sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter and beat on low speed until incorporated, add ¾ of the crushed peanuts and fold.
4. Transfer into a container/dish, top with the remaining crushed peanuts and freeze for least 6 hours.

Thanks so much for the recipe, I made it yesterday, I made my own peanut butter though. I also crushed like a cup of chocolate cookies and mixed them in together with the roughly crushed peanuts. I also topped the ice cream with more rougly crushed peanuts, crushed chocolate cookies and a home made chocolate syrup that I hada left over from an icing that I made for a choclate cake.

Now this I would definitely make. It is very hard to find just plain peanut butter ice cream without any solids in it like candy, nuts, etc. The closest I've come to it is a peanut butter swirl at a store we have here in New England called Hannaford's. I KNOW I'd like this! And I also like the short to-the-point no-fooling-around video! Thanks!

I make homemade peanutbutter and just put it in this recipe, now I wait 6 hours patiently.

Pretty darn good, my only issue with it is if my math is correct this is about 552 calories for 1 cup. It is damn good though.
