I've just started going through tutorials on chatbots. Good to see your video without having to search for another source 😅

🎉 thank you Martin this is an interesting topic given that the shortcomings of LLM's, such as hallucinations have highlighted that we do need to bring back the rules component from rules-based chatbot approach, in how information is retrieved from the LLM.

Cheers ! Mine's a Belgian golden ale that has a subtle fruity-spicy Belgian yeast complexity, slightly malty-sweet flavor, and dry finish. Woops wrong site. This man is a beer titan.

Any thoughts on the possibility of generative AI chatbots for answering questions about governments budget or transparency spreadsheet reports?

I just want to know how you learned to write in reverse so easily! (And also, thank you for the content—interesting to consider how both might actually work in tandem based on different use cases within the same experience.)

I've never had a customer service chatbot produce a useful answer ever. Rule based chatbot are obsolete as far as I'm concerned.
