ha... the biggest question is: What agreement, if any, has NASA obtained with the guys living in the moon presently? Landing on their "turf"... intending on pecking at and mining it's surface etc.
Would be kind of like a bunch of primitives landing on a large modern surfaced submarine, setting up their tents, lighting campfires, hacking off metal chunks etc.
What could possibly go wrong ????
