Some garlic cloves
Chilies : 3-4
Handful of Coriander leaves
Ginger : 1 inch
Wholeome Garam masala
Cumin seeds : 1/2 tsp
Bay leaves : 2
Salt to taste
Vegetable stock / water : 3 glass
