I don't own a Wooting. I have heard great things about them, but after seeing how transparent you guys are, I am gladly pre-ordering the 80he. I wish more companies had the balls to be open like you guys. Don't change that aspect of your company. We all value it.

I honestly was a little disappointed when I saw the delay on the wooting website earlier, thinking "damn, delayed? again?" But I had totally missed the previous update. This video really helped clear it up, I'm even more excited to receive the keyboard now in fact!

Genuine appreciation for explaining the issue in such depth. As an engineering student, I can totally understand how little mistakes can go unnoticed but have such huge detrimental effects, many props for going so far as to halt production to ensure that the issue doesn't get pushed to shipped units. And in equal parts do I appreciate the communications so far, so many times we'll just hear that launches get delayed without hearing any reason, THIS IS THE WAY! Thank you so much for making me understand why my patience is so valuable! I can't wait to receive my keyboard, though I will certainly forget that the keyboard I'm using hasn't experienced any significant issues, I'll say it now, thank you for taking such great care for even 0.5%!

This is one of the reason why I purchase a product from u guys. apart from the specs, its that u guys are so transparent...and honest and listen to your consumer.

I have no idea what this means, however telling the public about the problem and keeping us updated is a big deal! Wooting sets a bar on how a company should act with its transparency. Can't wait for the final release, I know it will do crazy numbers in the first week! Thank you for keeping us in the loop!

I **JUST** ordered a custom 80HE module and spent an ass-ton of money on the premium Gateron switches and the Zinc Alloy case a couple weeks ago. Personally, I was totally unaware of this video upon ordering, and accepted the fact that it would take time and I would have to pre-order. As an investor to this company and its products, it makes me **EXTREMELY** happy that I stumble across this video to find out why. This, right here, is amazing PR and I strongly commend Wooting for their transparency. I'm very excited for my new keyboard! :)

when you said "absolutely unacceptable" after 3 failed out of 750, i was honestly surprised. other's would have just shipped, let alone put out a video like these. if a saw such delays for another company with a vague half a** explaination on the site, honestly i would have cancelled by now. this is why your quality and service is top notch. ty.

I genuinely value and appreciate the open communication and the true attention/care to the details like this. This kind of stuff is what made me a lifelong customer of EVGA, and it's what is going to make me a life long customer of Wooting. You guys should look into making some mice... The big manufacturers like Logitrash, Reezor, Cucsair are all of poor quality at this point.

glad i opted to get a wooting 60he on the last drop. it's such a good quality product. aside from being upset about waiting for everyone who ordered the wooting 80he, this is really good. wooting has set such a good example for how businesses should be run. thank you
