There's something weird going on around the edges of the new sky... Where the sky touches the buildings.
That's because I accidentally set the Refine Edges slider to zero...😭 Don't set it to zero🤨

I have a footage where the sky has a similar contrast with the foreground. The keying doesn't work but I tried magic mask-object mask and it works really well.

Hi Joris. I appreciate the simplicity of your instruction. I am trying to follow your instruction step by step, but something is off on my end. I went to the color page and reduced the warmth and tint, and then I added a node, to then go to qualifier > 3d > + and then effects > Sky replacement > connect the blue square from node 2 to the blue square on the sky replacement effect. It is not making any change… and I noticed that your nodes have the thumbnails of your thumbnail on them. But when I add a node or the Sky Replacement effect, the thumbnail of my clip is not on there. But in your video, it automatically has the thumbnails in the added nodes. Btw, I am using the iPad version. Thank you for being helpful!

Can you show the source sky replacement part? and also show how to add a moon. I figured I would just render that footage in place make a compound clip and add it in fusion but it seemed like the whole point of this was to make it simpler

Just watched this again after a long time, great video as always but how can i use a skey that i bring in, i have seen it dont in the studio version but not the free version.

would it be something to do with a layed clip and alpha output?, maybe a video on how to do it would be really good if there is a way

I love your videos, can you please do a tutorial on how to create frost growing effect cos I’m planning to shot a short movie which has a scene where whole room turn to ice. I didn’t find any tutorial which is using resolve. Perhaps you can do this. Thanks.
