How Did Plo Koon Have One Of The Most Unique Lightsabers Of The Clone Wars?

Plo Koon is known as one of the most powerful lightsaber duellists of the clone wars era. In fact, he was the only Jedi to ever beat Yoda during a lightsaber duel, with even the likes of Dooku, Maul and Anakin believing him to be a worthy adversary in lightsaber combat. Plo Koon wielded several different lightsabers during his life, switching between a blue and orange lightsaber blade. However, in addition to these blades, Plo Koon actually likely wielded one of the most unique lightsabers of the Clone Wars era. And hopefully Dave Filoni has the good sense to bring this formidable weapon into canon very aoon. As his Clone Wars toy would suggest as well as early concept art for the revenge of the Sith, Plo Koon actually wielded a lightsaber Gauntlet, one of the most unique looking weapons in the whole of Star Wars.

Master Plo was so proficient with a Lightsaber that the clones had to shoot his Star-Fighter because they couldn't have easily shot through his Lighsaber defense.

i would prefer if another lesser known jedi had this lightsaber and it’s purely because plo koon was so badass that he wouldn’t need an altered blade at all. it would almost tant him to know that his victories were more because his saber is hard to fight against rather than his amazing skills.

There is a game called Jedi power battles that came out shortly after episode 1 and Plo Koon had a yellow lightsaber in that game and he was the best character to play with!

They should definitely do a book of Boba Fett type series with him. I limited six-episode series to give a little more background on him! That would be amazing!

Plo Koon is one of the coolest characters in all of Star Wars. Its a shame we don't hear that much about him.
When I played Star Wars Jedi Academy as I kid I always chose his race when creating my Jedi character.
