You need some overhead cameras to better show what's going on with the scale and the brewing device. What grind setting are you on? Looks way finer than what I'm doing on my Encore.

Nice job Ariel. One minor criticism: would have been nice if you had mentioned how much water you put in for 45 g of coffee. Not a biggie. I enjoy your videos. Keep up the good work.

I use 45 grams of coffee to one litre of water. So you should have had one litre which you didn't mention. (See correction below, thanks Johnathon. )

Is it precise or does it measure in fluid ounces? 0.1ml is precise. +/-2.8ml precision is rubbish. And why are you measuring in grams and ounces anyway? Why won't America just admit the rest of the world makes sense with decimalisation? So many questions...
