Alan Wake 2 Gameplay Reveal | Summer Game Fest 2023

Sam Lake, the creative director of Remedy Entertainment, took the stage to introduce the gameplay reveal of Alan Wake 2. The all-new trailer shows off the game's two protagonists, Saga Anderson and Alan Wake, and raw gameplay. Filled with jump scares, resource management, investigation, and menacing deer-headed foes. The game is expected to release October 17.

My takeaway is that they no longer thought the main character being a white male was good enough so they had to introduce a black female as well

I have full faith in Remedy to deliver a quality experience. I do hope instances like the enemy animation reset at 1:22 are hashed over though
