The weird thing is I've flown on the MAX on Alaska and Southwest, but also understand the severity of the issue not just with the planes but Boeing as a whole now. The entire company needs a shakeup from the top to middle. I can't blame the workers, they're caught in a position they didn't want to be in.

my mum actually knew the family of one of the passengers who passed away on the Ethiopian Airlines flight. And i just wanted to say, that in his memory, his family has raised thousands of dollars in donations to create a fund that finically supports indigenous students and to restore an estuary in his hometown. :)

It's just heartbreaking. Boeing used to he a shining example of American ingenuity and innovation. A sad sad situation of relentless pursuit of profit from a now underdog in competition, combined with lax or outright corrupt government oversight resulted in the loss of hundreds of lives AND a sterling reputation.
