The last one is actually using a set seed that has been used to beat the game in a minute because you spawn above a stronghold with a complete end portal. The major skill comes from getting a bow and arrow from a skeleton and using the bow velocity exploit to legit one shot the Ender dragon. This takes several attempts on the set seed to get it just right.
