Bring your film, slides, and negatives into the digital age with the help of the Magnasonic Film Scanner. This digital slide converter delivers outstanding 22-megapixel quality and takes just seconds to scan and archive each memory you want to preserve. You can even fine-tune your photos right on the built-in, full-color LCD screen without the need to learn and use complicated image editing software. This versatile digital scanner turns your treasured photos into fine high, resolution 22-megapixel jpegs. You can quickly scan and convert 35mm film, 126KPK film, 110 films, Super 8 film, slides, and negatives into premium quality digital files with just one button. Boasting 128MB of built-in memory, easily store up to 100 photos until you’re ready to share with friends and family. Use an optional SD card to collect even more photos directly onto the scanner until you’re ready to transfer elsewhere. You can save time and effort with the included fast-loading film trays. Super quick 5-second scanning lets you get through that pile of film, negatives, and slides in no time at all.

The OpticFilm 8200i Ai is a dedicated 35mm film scanner capable of scanning both cut strips of film and mounted slides. It’s hard to say precisely who this scanner is for, and many people will probably see the lack of versatility as a shortcoming. Still, for the dedicated 35mm photographer, it’s pretty great. No extra film holders to store while not in use, a smaller footprint on your desk, and overall less fuss than something like a flatbed.
It won’t scan prints, and, as I mentioned, it won’t check anything other than 35mm. So who is this scanner for? In my opinion, this is an excellent scanner for photographers that do a lot of work in the darkroom and want to share limited digital files or for photographers just getting started who do want quality scans but don’t want to sink a bunch of money into a flatbed or the more versatile OpticFilm 120. For around $500, this allows you to get scans that are sharper than a flatbed, in my opinion, and comparable in size with relatively little fuss. Since the scanner includes dedicated film holders designed to hold the film flat, you don’t need to invest in ANR glass or additional holders to get a good scan. Overall this scanner requires a lot less futzing to achieve quality scans.

PYLE's 22MP All-In-1 Film and Slide Scanner are an easy-to-use converter that features a 14MP imaging sensor for a clear and detailed scanning of your old films and slides. With built-in 2.4" Digital LCD Display for instant viewing of images. Output resolution is up to 22MP, and there is no need for a computer as this scanner automatically saves into the inserted SD card. This scanner scans 35mm slides and negatives, 135 Film, 126 KPK Film, 110 Film, and Super-8 Film Stills. Reviving your old memories would be so easy with PYLE's 22MP All-in1 Film and Slide Scanner. It is the best choice for starters for its inexpensive and quality value. And it's user-friendly too. It has a built-in 2.4" Digital LCD Display for instant viewing of images. You can see each slide or negative before you even scan it. When you're ready to scan, just hit the 'Scan' and 'OK' buttons. You can Convert all your films slides and negatives up to 22MP images with the easy-to-use push button controls. This would have been better if you had some actual input rather than just spouting the makers drivel. There is no actual assessment of the digital output!

None of these work with 120mm film? Can someone suggest a scanner for medium format film and slides?

One thing you did wrong. You never touch your negatives with your bare hands, you should have the special gloves on when your handling negatives.
