Pat is building this young man into a monster engine builder, solid bro for being a mentor.

Looks like Frankie is becoming quite the protege with the nice full pocket protector. 😅

Only thing us fans could ask for: a 6.8 V10 build. I know they’re not super aftermarket friendly…. Not as common as the garden variety V8.. but man. They’re cool

This episode gets me pumped, I have a 460 stroked to a 521 with nearly the same setup as this. Now I know what get to look forward to!

500 ft. lbs. At 2500 rpm. That's what I want. Off the line torque. Man I've gotta get a big block. They're big and heavy. But they're worth it. Especially for a full size car

What I'd love to see is putting a set of kaasse Boss heads on this engine. Also I wish you could build an 03 and newer ford V10 and increase the power!

Doing what your passion is and getting paid for it while educating as well is a dream job, in fact its not a job if you have a love for what you do. These guys are having fun and showing off some fantastic builds that we the viewers can attain with proper planning

Gotta say Pat and Frankie our my favorites. No fake cheesy banter. They work great together and I agree with others, cool to see Frankie continue grow as an engine builder along side Pat. This was a fun build. But even I am a ford guy, I don’t care what they are building, just like watching them make big power 😂.

Whit the abundance of aftermarket heads, Trickflow, AFR, SR71’s it’s nice to see some old school eddies still getting some love and making HP. Not every engine is a high dollar drag engine set on kill. Great numbers.

I raced a 71 429scj Mustang in NHRA Stock eliminator class, had to go thru several tear downs to verify engine met all NHRA'S spec requirements. The factory torque spec for cylinder head bolts was 140 Ft/lbs so ARP is going with Ford engineering specs, not anything they came up with, Just Sayin.

Love the BBF content. I wish I would have seen a build similar to this but with Kaase heads.

God i love those good o'l Ford engines the old 87 econoline we had was converted into a camper and the only thing that killed that thing was the rust it was over 500k miles pretty decent for a gas engine !
