How to find Snubbull in Pokemon Gold and Silver

Honestly it wouldn't surprise me if someone went the whole game withoug ever even seeing snubbull/granbull

I feel like gen 2 always had weird encounter rates for its Pokémon. like the kanto pokemon are a lot more common than the johto pokemon in these games which is trully ashame.

yep, you can increase its encounter rate if you get School Boy Chad's number and if he calls you and says he saw a lot of Snubull, Chad is on the same route

Get Schoolboy Chad's number! Trainer in the upper left of the area. Then just play the game normally until he calls you about a Snubbull swarm
