Psychological Wellbeing Model was given by a female psychologist, Carol Ryff in 1989. She explained that there are six components of Wellbeing that are Self acceptance, Positive relations, Environmental mastery, Personal growth, Meaning in life and Autonomy. When I dividual have these six components that we can say that a person is experiencing wellbeing.
