B2 is rarely flown because the cost of operating it is very expensive compared to other options. You can get the cross section of the plane if you don’t know it’s there or are even able to locate it.

Whenever a B-2 is in the air it’s flanked by two F-16’s. Or used to be anyway. They're stationed at Whiteman Air Force Base in Missouri. I've seen them several times while fishing Truman Lake. They also use that area for Apache helicopter training. You don't hear the B-2 at all until it passes you. Fascinating!!!

I saw a B2 flying when I was visiting Alaska. New Zealand had a couple of outdated Hercules, some P3s and not a lot else so to see a B2 was incredible. I didn’t realise how big they are

The B2 has been used operationally, in combat zones, beginning in 1999 over Kosovo I think. It has also flown missions over Iraq and Afganistan including one uninterrupted flight of 44 hours from Missouri to Afghanistan.
Plenty of time for it to be observed yet its still in use.
That Chinese or Russian half-assed Magic Chef radar "may" catch it someday I suppose but I'm betting it won't catch its replacement.
