I’ve had fine lines for as long as I could remember and have even recently tried taping. Taping is great for training you to keep the muscles relaxed BUT THIS VIDEO IS EFFECTIVE FOR REMOVING ALL OF THE LINES. I thought the most popular comments were spam but they are so true. After two days of doing the horizontal lines massages my forehead is flat and has been consistently so.

FYI: I have done taping for almost 3 weeks so my forehead has been trained to not use the muscles. I work from home so I tape while at work.
