Step 1
Apply any nourishing cream you have or a facial massage oil. Apply all over the face.
Place your finger on the ear, massage it backwards 10 times to stimulate the lymph nodes to work better.
Massage to the front 10 times.
Step 2
Place your fingers on your brows and run them along your hairline several times. Do this all over your forehead.
This pose will help raise your eyebrows. Lifts drooping eyelids and smooths forehead.
Place your middle finger on your forehead and massage it out to the side. Do 5 times.
This pose will reduce wrinkles between the eyebrows and frown lines.
Step 3
Place your finger in the corner of your eye and drag it to the side 10 times.
Use your fingertips to massage and gently Pull the skin apart. Do 3 times.
This will help reduce wrinkles around the eyes or crow's feet.
Do the other side.
Step 4
Place your finger on the cheek lines. Push it out to the side 10 times.
This pose will help reduce the Nasolabial folds and wrinkles.
Do the other side.
Step 5
Place your finger on your chin and push it towards the corner of your mouth with your mouth open slowly, do 10 times.
This pose lifts the corners of your mouth and lifts your cheeks.
Step 6
Use your index finger and middle finger. Place it on the jaw line and drag to the ear 10 times, resulting in a sharp outline.
Do the other side
Place your thumbs under your chin and forefinger above, push up to your ears 10 times, help reduce your double chin.
Step 7
Place your fingers on the bridge of your nose and gently rub them up and down.
Then drag them sideways, down your neck 5 times. This will help reduce swelling in your face.
Lift your neck, place both palms on your neck and drag them down 5 times. This will help tighten your neck.
When you're done, do it regularly once a day.
