I have replaced the stock steering gear box with a Redhead on my 2000 Ford F250, no problems after that.

Imagine a ford f250 with a 6.7 Cummins and the Allison trans out of a Chevy. It would be unstoppable

I have a 2008 f350. I took the 6.4 out and put a 2001 24v cummins in it. It is the best thing I've done for it.

Gotta love those wheels and mud tires. The tires make so much noise that you don't know your wheel bearings are shot until one of your wheels falls off on the freeway. 😂😂

Just can across your channel a few months ago and appreciate the respectful and clear way you explain mechanical problems.

We were installing redhead steering gears 30 years ago. That was due to poor quality remand from the big parts stores.

I have been running red head boxes for years in multiple vehicles. I have been to their shop in person and they are great guys ! Not surprised that truck has issues with those stupid wide tires though 🤦‍♂️

You might want to add two stabilizer shocks, but a lot of that damage is due to big tires

This video is no only showing the differences between two car production companies but it is most importantly showing the good friendship and support between 2 of the most highly qualified and best mechanics/engineers(Mr Dave and Mr Banks) 🙏🙏

i have my first level certificate for auto & man, i have been at 3 shops -2 guys were great & taught me a lot. Next guy couldn’t teach me & we didn’t match (The red seal i’m apprenticing for). & Man, your videos are absolutely nuts. I have learnt more from taking notes in your videos than I ever have in shop. Thanks for the content & keep going old head. ❤

I've retired from automotive repair and moved into machining. I really enjoy the machines you illustrate in your shop. Fascinated in the set up. Thanks.
