In This Podcast of ‘Real Talk with Ramsha‘, We have Dr Waseem, who is an MBBS Doctor Certified Fitness Trainer & Specialist in Fitness Nutrition. He is popular on social media for his motivational Podcasts where he inspires people to come closer to Allah.

In this episode, we talked about how to have a healthy lifestyle and avoid taking pills for every little disease that can be cured by making simple lifestyle changes. Dr. Waseem gave some health tips that he himself applies in his routine to stay fit. He explained how Sunnah Lifestyle is the Best Lifestyle for a Human Being.

We also talked about how to overcome anxiety, depression and hopelessness. Dr. Waseem has experienced extreme anxiety in his life, which has now encouraged him to talk about mental health issues in the society and help more and more people who suffer silently.

Ramsha Sultan asked him about impact of Friendships and good company in life and how to cut-off from wrong friends. She also raised the question of Fitnah in today's world and how difficult it is getting to stay away from sins. Dr. Waseem suggested to never loose hope in Allah (God), and keep going back to him no matter how much you have sinned.

Dr. Waseem shared his real life experiences of meeting young adults who want to get married at young age but their parents don't support their decision. He suggested this is leading to increase in relationships outside marriage in our society and why it needs to immediately stop.

He replied rasool of allah, I got married, prophet got happy and he told him give valima

Honestly I’m not a person who’s posts comments but lately since there’s soo much pressure of marriage, I do really wanna get married and have a life which Allah has decreed but the way girls and the families have been asking and only judging through materialistic things is making it sooo difficult to get married when a honest person wants nothing but a halal relationship and take full responsibility of a girl and have a family. Anyways as a Muslim I strongly believe in my faith and Allah and I’m sure this is also a test so InShaa’Allah hoping to have pass this test soon.
