From the description before the video played I thought the delivery driver shouted the N word through the door and was aggressive. No, he was being polite and didn't even say any slurs. The person who ordered the pizza is "undergoing counselling"? This is just crazy and "free to roam the streets free to call people the N word at will" is an awful way to put it for a man who didn't say a racial slur
