That Spy is a Shef!

Knowing that Spy is a Shef, Sniper has a little favor to ask him... Sadly, our Spy ran out of the key ingredient... and has to improvise! :T

My entry for the Scout is Delicious Collab, and a little hommage to Scoutellite's classic Spy Is A French Chef.
