🔸INGREDIENTS:
1 cucumber
1 lemon
100g (3.5 oz) canned tuna in oil
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon mayonnaise
Salt, pepper
2 lettuce leaves
1 tomato
50g (1.75 oz) cheese
1 tortilla wrap

🔹PROCEDURE:
Finely chop the cucumber and onion. Place them in a bowl along with canned tuna, thyme, parsley, and a tablespoon of mayonnaise. Season with lemon juice. Take a tortilla wrap and fill it in the following order: 2 lettuce leaves, tuna and cucumber salad, cheese, and tomato. Cook in a pan for 5-6 minutes.
