the last 10 minutes, no the whole thing blew me away. It did so because I have applied his technique and have experienced the changes he's talking about. This is the second time I've watched this video. The first time I watched it I had not experienced the healings and synchronicities and changes he talks about. Listening to it now I relate 100% to everything he says because now I KNOW it emotionally.... I understand it at a emotion, chemical, spiritual level.

i have been doing meditation every night for a month and sometimes i feel like crying for no reason. healing yourself is a very emotional thing. i am feeling amazing like i just work up after 46 years.
