I love how the 1 year transformation isn’t about her losing weight. Yes, that may happen over time if she keeps dancing, but the teacher is focusing on her confidence and showcasing how much she’s improved in her form. That’s what makes this so beautiful!

Edit: A lot of people know more about her story. She’s on meds that cause her to gain weight.
