Strange. That "stock" UI is what I got on my Nexus 5 back in the day, but when I upgraded my Nexus 4 to KitKat, it kept its same UI from Jelly Bean (which was in turn the same as Ice Cream Sandwich's UI from my Galaxy Nexus and Nexus S). This leads me to believe that the Nexus 5 UI isn't "stock" as such.

TouchWiz looks more fancier than the Stock one. But, I still prefer Stock as long as they didn't have any bloatware installed. That such a experience thing.
