That's ONLY possible in WIN 8.1. PRO-Versions! There are no local user groups available in the Standard Win 8.1. Version. Why didn't you mention that? To set up an admin account in the Standard Version is a lot more complicated!

Hi I have windows 8.1 and I don't have the folder for Local user and groups under computer management.  I want to change to my administrator account but it will not let me.  Is there a way to fix this in a youtube video.  Please help.

i cant sign in on admin acct,  under  comp management i dont have a  tab for  users,  and  when  window for uac come up  ask or admin password  , no way to enter it, also  can only click no  yes is not highlighted .  do you know what wrong?

I was on another video where I had to "activate Wondows". I followed the instructions well, and my computer tells me that my account isn't admin anymore. So, I've tried many ways to make myself admin again, even on this video, but for this video, I got "Access denied" when unchecking "Account is disabled" for admin. Because somehow, my account is "local", or "guest". I really do not know what to do anymore.
