I just use a dab of vaseline in between the two areas in my Tesla, the same I did with the seat in my family room recliner. It's been squeak free for almost 4 years.

This was just wow. Exactly the same noise problem I am facing and I didn't knew it was because of the faux leather scratching with plastic. I will surely try this and hope it get's resolved.

You should never have to repair your car because of design flaws. Tesla is churning out garbage and people are dealing it themselves. Get them to make good cars or go out of business.
