A good driving instructor is who knows the learner and has the knowledge of the job and the car they are teaching. Has the listening and communication skills, and has the friendly and professional approach. A good instructor has the confidence and gives the confidence to the learner, and makes the learner learn at ease.

I just became an instructor. I am nervous and trying to learn as much as I can. Thank you for this video. I taught my nephew with ADHD and figured out I was good at it so I got as a part time job on weekends. It's hard but I really want this to succeed because when I retire I can teach. I like doing it but I wish I was trained more. I want to feel more confident in teaching.
