Saket bhai, me as a average gym guy do you think ki aap jetni exercise (like jaise apne biceps me 1 exercise and tricep me 1 exercise ki of 8 sets tho) me bhi aapki tarah body build kar paunga? Ik how u train like time under tension and all that, also the diet. Without other variation of exercises like narrow grip curl, hammer or dips, over head extension same goes for other muscle group too.
