I love her points @1:14 as an interior designer, she knows the trend that young families want larger dining, kitchen and pantry areas ❤❤ A lot of home videos i have watched, but this one is the first one i commented! In love with her design as well as the color palette!!! Even the bathroom, always love bath tub near the window, as well as enclosed shower and toilet!! Really my type.

The "hiden study" feels like a prison cell! There isn't natural light, the all white walls are like an asylum, so depressing! As a person who studies and works from home my whole life I find this the worst room I have seen on this channel!

It's very beautiful and well built, the distribution of colors, materials and even the staging are excellent, although it could afford a little more colors, with rugs, pictures, window treatments and pots, ,, 👍 .

This house is a bit cold for my taste. The photography didn’t give a very good sense of the scope of the space or placement of the rooms. The only room I liked was the movie room. That room very very cozy and a perfect place to watch a movie. Loved it.

People here are talking that there are no personal touches it is not warm, no painting etc etc. The role of the designer is not to bring personal touches. The role of the designer is to show the lay out of the space, to talk about material used, to explain electrical configuration. Real designers even show places without furniture because furniture is just staging. And most of north american designers are not the designers. They are DECORATORS.

Something is missing…. I’m not a designer so I don’t know what it is, but in spite of all the luxurious finishes, it just feels flat. And I agree that the hidden room looks like a claustrophobic nightmare.
