First time viewing this late Universal serial. Nice Colorization...Not a big fan of colorizing Film Noir movies but it 's most permissible with these Jungle Adventure themed films, colour truly enhances the jungle foliage and "exotic" settings. Great to see arch villain Lionel Atwell. Nice to see the beautiful starlet Jane "Poni" Adams in substantial role and Frances Chung, one of the few Chinese American actresses working in the late 40s. One sees the influences on later Indiana Jones movies.

Good little series. Plenty of suspense. Lot's of dramatic music. Might have been a little loud at times, but ok for the most part. Some of it a little hard to believe. Like walking away from that airplane crash totally unscathed, and then running around the Himalaya's at that altitude with the light clothing they were wearing and not freezing. I don't know what kind of cars those were but they were pretty cool. Especially that two door coup. Would love to have one of them. The colorization was a lot better than a lot of the ones I have watched. Thanks for posting. It was fun to watch.

I enjoyed this In the 1940s. Admission was campbells soup label. For the ney sayers my mother taught me IF YOU CANT SAY SOMETHING NICE KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT. Thats still true today! For the spanish speakers click the dots and get spanish subtitles.

It was all right I like adventure movies when I was younger I tried to be one of the best I could in Alaska on crab fishing boats for eight years fishing for codfish and salmon also sometimes halibut and black cod I’m about 20 different commercial fishing vessels
