neither of them work, they take me to microsoft store but not to where I can install the HEVC video extension

UPDATE: Microsoft decided to force it's users to pay for HEVC lolz. I just use VLC media player. The question is my TV supports HEVC Codec but Windows doesn't. Why do you have to pay for it :(
