LASD Investigating Circumstances Surrounding Toddler's Death

The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department announced Tuesday that they are now investigating the Friday death of 4-year-old Noah Cuatro — a death the department is now calling suspicious.

Child services failed another child. Why do the service even exist? So one has to ask; for what reason is there a confidentiality clause? To protect the family or really to protect the inept employees who failed to do their job? We see these cases over and over again and protective services doesn't protect the children but turns a blind eye and leaves these children at the mercy of abusive parents. How many of these children were living with the mother and a boyfriend or a stepfather to the children? A man will kill another man's child. They don't see any reason to feed or house them. Yet these weak mothers hang on to these men. They are just as much to blame or are the real reasons as to why their children are murdered. They put men above their own children. That's really sad.

Noah had such nice teeth, a gorgeous smile. How can anyone look at that child and want to harm him? Whoever hurt that little Baby, I hope they suffer.
