cool! i didn't know that you could use the same physical ESC's that you already have (given they are compatible with latest BLHeli). When I watched Rotor Riot 3D quadcopter video, I thought they replaced the ESC's with different kinds.

hello, I build my own 3D quad from a floureon H101 brushed quad. I use hardly any deadband at all and use some switches like you would with a CP heli to transition from 3D to normal flight. Also a kill switch for your motors is very important

Is it possible to set 3d to a momentary switch on the transmitter? When flipped, motors will reverse direction. My thought is to get more throttle resolution on the sticks.

what about calibrating the motors he just turning throttle all the way up and then plug in the battery and then move the throttle to the middle position??? help

i have been interested in RC for a long time especially crawler cars so I have 2 55t brushed motors but after binge watching your vids I want to make an RC plane out of my 55t brushed motor. I have heard you say that big slow props are more efficient so i think this should work. do you have any tips or info i might need and especially what props i should get (2 blade, 3 blade, size, etc) Thank you in for getting me into RC planes and keep making cool stuff

I am working for a year with 3D mode. have tried a lot. Important are good ESC's. In 6 inch the Graupner 3D Probs the best. But in 5 inches, I have not found really good. Look at this on my channel here at YouTube.

after solving some problems with my quad it fell out of the sky today...
i did a punchout and when i wanted to recover it ot just kept on falling resulting in a crash
but it corrected itself until i wanted to stop it....
i also have small yaw jumps all the time...
what could be the problem?
