Ikea Malm Bed Frame High Assembly Tips

In this video I demonstrate the process I used to assemble an Ikea Malm twin high frame bed. I've got lots of tips included to clear up some of the confusion on some of the steps in the included instructions.

I ordered this bed and asked my brother to help me find someone to assemble it for me but he refused, I searched and watched this video .. i did it by myself and everything went so great even though i hurt my hands a little bit, I have never done anything like this before, thank you very much you helped me a lot❤
