Sec 76 me toh basically govt servants jaise police officees, soldiers ko exception ka benefit agar koi normal person apne kisi servant yaa agent ko kehta hai ki koi illegal kaam karo aur wo kr deta hai toh usko toh sec 76 ke under benefit nhi milega??wo yeh defence nhi rakh sakta hoga ki i was bound by law
