Sir mera ek question hai aapse ki aapne section 81 main example Diya hai ki 1 ki death ho jaye or 4 Bach Jaye lekin section 81 death Tak ki baat he nahi karta woh bass likely to cause harm ki baat karta to agar kisi person ki death ho jaye to usse yeh general exception nahi milega to aapne kyon isa bola please tell us thank you

In sec 81 example he is sure he will kill 1 person but in ipc bare act it is written that act is likely to cause harm and in illustration also incur risk of running down a boat C which he may possibly clear. Means he is not so sure like in train example that he will kill someone . Please clarify my confusion. Your videos are really helpful ☺️ .
