That walmart employee that was hanging up on the lady calling was the true Karen. She was just being spitful and messy for no reason.

Last July I had a heart transplant. 2 months later, I was using a WalMart scooter. Some Wal Mart Employee older fat lady says to me, " You dont look handicapped to me. Those carts are for real handicapped people." I told her I just had a heart transplant, and Im on rehab until Jan 1st. She said, " Yeah Right." I pulled down my shirt and showed her my scabby incision. She apologized to the point of tears. Moral to the story, you shouldnt judge people why they are using a scooter.

The woman picking up Rx for her daughter clearly needs a better education, or a straight jacket. Her child seems to have more common sense than she does.

That poor child at 11:11 is SO horrible, watching and hearing her ma screaming & carrying on like an id**t is SO embarrasing. I wish someone had bent down to speak to this poor child. She looked so scared and lost. I wish someone would have given her a hug. I hope that child's father takes some kind of action !! JUST TERRIBLE !! Poor baby !!

I don't think it was appropriate for that worker to hang up on the customer and laugh so much about it. She could have handled that situation much better. Just a little respect and consideration can go a long way

I had a lady once tell me "mind your own business" and I simply replied with: "you're in public, therefore all business is public business. If you don't like it, go to a private place, for pri-vacy!"

I’m Canadian - We have Walmart there too. I was visiting south of San Francisco and I decided to do a bit of Walmart shopping near San Mateo. Bought a greeting card - went to the McDonalds there for coffee. I was thinking of something interesting to write to my daughter . I guess that I was daydreaming - writers block? lol. A lady thought I was staring at her. I was really admiring her outfit and how her shoes matched so well. I smiled. She smiled back. That was a nice experience . I was kind to her and she was kind to me. Why can’t people try to get along? It feels a lot better for your spirit - for your day if you have a positive interaction with others. I have never experienced this hostility in Walmart before. Even when the check-out lines were long.
