Both still lean pink, but the top is redder for sure.

Also, it appears that the bottom setting is more expensive based on the side diamonds, and the prongs look to be of higher quality. You typically wouldn’t set a heated ruby in such a setting

So is this why some rubies look "cloudy" and some are more transparent?! Because I've always wanted a ruby ring but all of the rubies at chain stores like Kay and Jared etc, they're all very transparent. I'm not a fan honestly.
