Tip: Wisking heavy cream and powdered sugar to at least soft peak needs a mixer incase you want your whole arm to fall off.

For some reason, I always pictured these as having a flavor similar to the "buttered popcorn" flavor of Jelly Belly. Cream soda makes so much more sense!
