This is something I want you to remember ALWAYS. Your past doesn’t have to define your future. You have the power to rewrite your story and make it what you always wanted it to be. So we need to stop being so hard on ourselves and redirect that energy into writing a new story.

Very hard not to dwell on past mistakes, especially w/ depression or anxiety, but if you recognize that you have better tools to move forward you can focus on the present & future! What doesn't kill us makes us stronger. 🙏🏼❤️💪🏼✊🏼
