Installing Star Wars Galaxies (SWGEMU) in 2019

Last time I did this install a number of people had some issues. I am uncertain if I missed some steps or wasn't clear enough so I thought I'd revisit it again and be as completely thorough as possible. Besides, the comments in that video with general questions get buried fairly quickly anymore so it's due for a revamp.

This install is in preparation for my emulator server tour as well as a special project I am trying to get together.

I just got the discs for my 15th birthday and now I’m finally able to play this game. Hallelujah

Does anyone know how to fix the invalid game folder problem. It will not let me link up the folders frustrating to say the least.

Anyone know why my clients audio doesnt work? Tried everything, even reinstalling the miles folder. nothing works. [yes, audio is checked on.]
