I work at a sport's clothing retailer, and it astonishes me that Fanatics makes so many of the real pro uniforms. Their products are consistently some of the lowest quality goods our store receives.

To be fair. The only reason why fanatics is big is because North American leagues insist on doing their kit manufacturing for the whole league with one manufacturer. Outside North America fanatics basically doesn’t exist (speaking from experience)

Each team should have complete control over their jerseys and who produces them. The texture, the fabric, design and colours. Jerseys are such a big part of every fan base in every sport and should be handled with care and respect. But no sports corp is gonna say no to a Billion bucks

Oh and that same company (fanatics) now manufactures pretty much all sports trading cards. Which would also be why the Topps 2024 set feels like it's made of fu*king tissue paper.

This is also why I now just buy vintage jerseys and older pre fanatics card sets. You should do the same. Unless you like paying 40+ for cheap blasters or 300+ for cheap ass jerseys.

Funny thing is, before this video I couldn’t even tell you that I noticed a Nike symbol on every single mlb jersey and merch. 😂 People’s brains will just eventually block them out after seeing them so much I guess.
