Roomworks | Effects and Plug-ins Included in Cubase

Why does Steinberg ask me to re-register Roomworks SE every time I use Cubase 3?

Quick question: When I import any of my own custom reverb recordings into REVerence, they are extremely loud even if I set the Wet level extremely low. Is there something I'm doing wrong? What I'm doing now is attenuating the reverb recordings to -90dB or so, but that's only reducing the dynamic range of the reverb signal.
