THANK YOU!!! I have spent days trying to figure this out.. on just one graphic... more days on countless other graphics, changing them to svg's trying to upload to kittl only to be told I have "unsupported elements" 99% of the time... I can usually figure it out by changing my graphic to svg and trying this way then that way, but with this most recent design, I was just about to give up because nothing was working, then I stumbled onto your video.. Hey there. Thanks for the brilliant video. What if it doesn't offer the custom colors? All I'd like to do is to change the color of the shoes in a graphics that I got from Canva. It is pink and I'd like it to be red. The original graphics is not coming with color options.

This really doesnt work with my canva.. "Effects" dont appear as well as all this duotone colors. They are some but few. Is there any hack or something.. is this an app or just using online? Thank you.
